House rules

Please remember:

to take good care of our association's property,
not to use the apartment or the association's other spaces for anything other than their intended purpose,
to help make sure the association's articles and rules are followed,
not to start a renovation without first finding out what requires special permission,
if you discover pests, to contact Anticimex for treatment immediately and to report it to the caretaker and the board,
not to beat rugs or clothes on balconies or in the stairwells, and not to shake bedding out of the windows,
to keep an eye on your dog, cat or other pet so that it does not damage or soil playgrounds, garden areas or spaces in the building, and that
your pet does not run loose on the property or make disturbing noise,
not to barbecue on a balcony, patio or outdoors near windows,
to keep the building reasonably quiet at night between 22:00 and 07:00,
that under fire safety regulations, bicycles, rugs, shoes etc. may not be stored in the stairwell. In a fire, clear stairwells can save lives.
